How do we use the information?

Implementation will be a vital factor in the success of your new Credit and Collection Policies and Procedures. Our analysis is straightforward and most of our suggestions will not be a major upheaval to the normal routine. Putting it all or partially in play is up to you. We can assist in the implementation process as well. The most important thing to realizing your goals is going to be getting your entire staff on board. Wolf Commercial Credit Consultants will provide initial staff training on the new Policies and Procedures in-person, or you may use the "Members Only" Support Portal on this website.
