What does your company have to do?

You have already taken the first step by realizing the value of a strong Credit and Collection Policy. Wolf Commercial Credit Consulting is prepared to assist you in bringing these strong tools to your company. We ask that you prepare some financial information so we may assess. We look at your accounts receivable aging and your calculation for Day Sales Outstanding (DSO).

We also meet with your staff, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collection and Sales teams. We rely on their impressions and experience to tailor a policy they can believe in and work with. We also meet with your senior management and ownership to fully understand the goals for improvement in the areas of need.

How long will it take?

Wolf Consultations typically last between 1 and 2 weeks. Information is gathered, collated and reviewed, to put together our working analysis and establish a baseline. We will identify your strong areas as well as your areas of needed improvement. We will design policies and procedures to guide your staff. We will also show you several methods of achieving your goals. This material will be reviewed with you and your feedback will be used to fine tune the program.

The implementation is up to you as will be the success derived from it.
